The process is really quite simple.
You start by selecting the "Submit Dispute" link in the side menu From there you pick the type of dispute you are looking to have resolved. When you click on your choice you will be shown a form to fill in with all the pertinent details of your situation.
On the form you enter the email address of all effected parties. We will send an email to each owner so they have the opportunity to give there side of the issue.
The dispute will then be passed on to three of our arbitrators. They will each review the information and render an opinion. At the same time you will be send an email with a link to pay for their decision. After we have received your payment the arbitrators ruling will be send to all the parties listed on the original dispute.
The entire process will be completed within 48 hours and you will be back to enjoying your league!
